8–12 creators on a 6-month retainer, 2 deliverables/month each, monthly thematic briefs. Whitelisting rights baked in. Target: 25% lower blended CAC vs the brand's existing paid-social mix by month 4.

ASCI Influencer Code · Apr 2025

Every Bracket-brokered placement will carry a verbal + on-screen disclosure inside the first 10 seconds for video, and full-duration disclosure for stories. Health / finance briefs carry the additional registration disclosures the code requires.

Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Non-disclosure is treated as a misleading advertisement under CCPA — exposure up to ₹10L (₹50L repeat). We will not run a campaign that walks the line.

GST · 18% on agency services

On registration, agency services and creator pass-through will be invoiced under SAC 998361 (advertising agency services) with GST at the prevailing 18%.

TDS · 194J / 194R / 194O

Creator payouts will have TDS deducted at the applicable rate: 10% on professional fees, 10% on the cash-equivalent of barter / seeding above threshold, 1% on marketplace flows. Form 16A issued quarterly.

DPDP Act, 2023

Creator and audience-side data flowing through our reporting is governed by an explicit consent notice. Brand dashboards are scoped per campaign and purged on contract end + 90 days.

FEMA / cross-border

Where the engagement involves a foreign brand or a foreign creator, payments will route through AD-Category-I banking with appropriate documentation (FIRC inbound; Form 15CA/CB outbound).
